Items will be dispatched with a signed for signature required. International signed for worldwide or buyer’s own courier if required.
Item(s) will be sent on receipt of funds and will be dispatched within 3 working days on completion of the auction. Times may vary dependent on payment methods received.
Packaging
The utmost care is taken when packing your glass items and we are also have a green policy where the boxes are supplied from a supplier that produces boxes from recycled materials and the boxes are double lined and the items themselves are wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic chips are used to surround the glass article making sure it has the utmost protectiuon whilst being delivered to its new home.

Returns Policy
The consumer is protected by the Contracts regulations which came into effect in the UK in June 2014 now apply when making online purchases.
Returns will be accepted once prior notification is received from the purchaser.
Returned item(s) must be adequately packed and insured when returned and must be received in the original condition when sent.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt if the purchase is not satisfied with the item.
The cost of return postage will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Condition Report
Restoration does take place and we will state any known restoration or damage to any items. However it is sometimes difficult to detect and all item(s) are sold in good faith and our guarantee is your protection.
If the customer is not happy then please contact us and we will accept the item back as long as it is received in the same condition that it was sent.
